1. About Punchless
Punchless is a business-to-business software service that helps businesses manage prepaid session cards, members, package credits, QR passes, attendance and check-ins.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to Punchless or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Punchless on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to agree to these Terms for that business.
3. Business use only
Punchless is intended for business users aged 18 or over. It is not intended for personal consumer use by end customers or members of businesses using Punchless.
4. Accounts and staff access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your organisation. Business owners are responsible for managing staff access, deactivating staff who should no longer have access and ensuring staff use Punchless appropriately.
You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
5. Customer and member data
Businesses using Punchless are responsible for the customer/member data they enter into the service. This includes ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and use that data.
You should not enter sensitive information into Punchless unless you are legally permitted to do so and it is necessary for your use of the service.
6. Healthcare and sensitive records
Punchless is not designed to store formal medical records, diagnoses, treatment notes or regulated healthcare records. If your business operates in a healthcare or wellness setting, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Punchless complies with applicable laws and professional obligations.
7. Children and minors
Punchless is intended for use by adult business operators and staff. If your business serves minors, you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions and ensuring that information entered into Punchless is appropriate and lawful.
8. Trials and subscriptions
Punchless may offer a free trial. Trial length, features and eligibility may vary. At the end of a trial, access may be restricted unless a paid subscription is started.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Revolut. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Subscription payments, card processing and related payment services are handled by Revolut.
9. Cancellations and non-payment
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available at the time. If a payment fails, is disputed or your subscription becomes inactive, we may restrict or suspend access to Punchless.
Cancellation or suspension does not automatically delete your data. Data may be retained to support reactivation, record keeping, security and legal obligations.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use Punchless to:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights
- upload unlawful, harmful or misleading information
- attempt to bypass security or access controls
- reverse engineer, copy or misuse the service
- interfere with service performance or availability
- use Punchless to send spam or abusive communications
11. QR passes and sharing
Punchless can generate QR pass links for members. You are responsible for how you share those links and for ensuring they are sent to the correct person. Punchless may open third-party apps such as WhatsApp, SMS or email on your device, but those messages are sent by you or your device, not directly by Punchless.
12. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Punchless is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, technical issues or events outside our control.
13. Changes to the service
We may update, improve, change or remove features from Punchless over time. We may also change pricing, plans or subscription terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.
14. Intellectual property
Punchless, including its software, design, branding, website and related materials, belongs to Turbopeace Apps Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce or create derivative works from Punchless except as permitted by law or agreed in writing.
15. Your data
You retain ownership of the business and customer/member data you enter into Punchless. You grant us the right to process that data as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service.
16. Support
Support is provided by email at support@turbopeaceapps.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.
17. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, create security risk, or use Punchless in a way that may harm us, other users or third parties.
18. Disclaimers
Punchless is provided without warranties except those required by law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every business requirement, be error-free or be available at all times.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbopeace Apps Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, business interruption or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
20. Data deletion requests
Business owners may request organisation data deletion by contacting support. For MVP, deletion requests are handled manually. We may need to retain certain information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting or legitimate business purposes.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Punchless after updated Terms are made available means you accept the updated Terms.
